We service all of Australia (and parts of Asia) through our comprehensive and customer-centric distribution network, covering the food service sector and the independent supermarket industry.

With our own fleet of customized delivery vehicles and trusted distribution partners, we offer regular and timely direct-to-store/door deliveries for around 4000 active customers.

Our Capabilities

Our five extremely efficient warehouse operations are strategically located in the major capital cities of Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.

These facilities include freezers, chillers and ambient storage and have a combined capacity of over 9000 pallet spaces. This allows us to manage more than 2500 product lines and to accommodate our own diverse needs and those of our partners (e.g. exclusive direct-to-store distribution platforms, 3PL storage etc.).

Our Service

Our sales and customer service teams are state-based and work from our five main facilities in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth and Brisbane.

Based locally alongside their warehousing and delivery colleagues, they better understand their customers’ needs, the logistical challenges and how to facilitate requests quickly and efficiently.

Our Quality Assurance

We have been a HACCP accredited business since 1989.

We pride ourselves on our commitment to Quality Assurance and have developed a Food Safety Program that underpins this commitment.
